Insights Association South Central Chapter Renames Volunteer of the Year Award in Honor of Alice Butler

Dallas, TX - June 24, 2026: M/A/R/C® Research is proud to announce that Alice Butler has been recognized by the Insights Association South Central Chapter with a distinguished honor: the renaming of its South Central Volunteer of the Year Award to the Alice Butler Service Volunteer of the Year Award. This tribute celebrates her exceptional years of service and leadership within the insights industry.

The award recognizes Butler's longstanding dedication to advancing the profession through her generosity of time, deep expertise, and unwavering commitment to mentorship and volunteerism. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in supporting industry initiatives, fostering knowledge sharing, and elevating standards across the insights community.

The announcement was made during the South Central Chapter's 40th Annual Conference in Las Vegas. In honoring Butler, the Chapter shared: "Alice has volunteered countless hours for over two decades and, with her continued devotion, stands as a pillar of the Insights Association South Central Chapter, truly embodying the spirit of service and community that defines and benefits all of us. There was no better way to celebrate our 40th Anniversary than by ensuring Alice's name is forever linked to the volunteers who follow in her footsteps."

Reflecting on the recognition, Butler said, "Chapters truly are the heart of this organization. They provide a level of connection that larger conferences cannot always replicate. That connection is why I have always been such an advocate for chapters, and some of my closest friendships in this industry have come through chapter involvement."

"Having an award named in one's honor is both rare and deeply meaningful," said Merrill Dubrow, CEO of M/A/R/C Research. "It speaks volumes about the impact Alice has made on this industry. This recognition reflects not only her professional excellence but also her enduring commitment to strengthening and advancing the insights profession for future generations."
